Starting Your Project

We would be delighted to welcome you to our showroom anytime during business hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, and Saturday 9am – 4pm. Alternatively, other times can be arranged by appointment.

Our showroom is conveniently located at Heath Barn, Norwich Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8LZ, where you can explore our range of products and designs at your leisure.

To begin your design journey with us, we recommend arranging a 1-hour consultation at our showroom. During this meeting, we will discuss your project in detail while you enjoy a beverage from our menu. We’ll explore various design possibilities, review material options, and carefully document your requirements. If needed, we will also schedule a complimentary site survey to measure the space and ensure every detail is captured.

We’re pleased to offer a complimentary design service as part of our commitment to creating your ideal space. For a full breakdown of what this service includes, please refer to question 6.

Before we can embark on the design process, we’ll need a few essentials from you:

Planning Permission: This must be granted before we can proceed, exceptions do apply.

House Sale Completion: If applicable, any property transactions should be finalised.

Budget: A clear budget helps us tailor the design to your financial framework. For more information on typical costs, please see questions 7 and 8.

Agreement to Terms: We require your agreement to our terms, conditions, and company policies, which are non-negotiable and essential for ensuring a smooth process.

The timeline for completing your project can vary depending on the scope and complexity.

Here’s a general guide:

SieMatic Kitchens: The process typically takes up to 6 months from the time we finalise the design.

Bespoke Tenacity Kitchens: Timelines can vary widely based on the workshop’s schedule. Your designer will provide a more accurate estimate at the start of the project.

Bathrooms: Generally, bathroom projects are completed within 12-16 weeks after the design is agreed upon. Supply only contracts can be significantly shorter depending on the specification.

Please remember that these timeframes are estimates and can fluctuate based on the specific details of your project.

Our complimentary design package is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of our proposal. It includes:

A 1-hour design consultation at our showroom.

A follow up presentation at the showroom featuring:

  1. An annotated plan drawing of the proposed design.
  2. 3D-rendered visuals to help you envision the space.
  3. A detailed product board itemising all selected appliances, fittings, and fixtures.
  4. A comprehensive quote outlining the full specification.
  5. One follow-up meeting, including any necessary design revisions.

Should you require additional revisions beyond the initial service, a fee of £250 per set of revisions will apply, which will be credited against your order if you decide to proceed. Please note that design drawings and packages are only released after your deposit is paid. If you wish to obtain the designs before signing, a £1,000 fee will apply, which will also be deducted from your order total if you move forward with the project.

Pricing Details

SieMatic Kitchens: Our SieMatic kitchen projects typically start at around £35,000. This price includes installation and comprehensive project oversight, ensuring a seamless experience.

Tenacity Kitchens: For a Tenacity kitchen, prices generally begin at £30,000, including installation.

Please note that these figures are starting points and can vary significantly depending on the scale, specifications, and complexity of your project.

A typical bathroom project with us starts at around £5,000, excluding VAT, for the supply of goods only. As we provide supply-only services for bathrooms, installation costs are separate. However, we work closely with a trusted local bathroom fitter, and if you require installation, we can manage this on your behalf. For reference, the average cost of installing a bathroom in the UK is around £7,000, including VAT. As with kitchens, these figures can vary widely based on the specific details of your project.

Kitchens: We work on a dry-fit basis for kitchen projects, like most kitchen suppliers. This means that all preliminary work, such as removing old furniture and completing any necessary plumbing and electrical installations, must be completed before we install your new kitchen. While we do not handle these preliminary tasks, we work closely with reliable local tradespeople which we highly recommend. This also applies to any electrical or plumbing connections necessary following installation. We’re also happy to co-ordinate these services with 3rd party contractors to ensure a seamless project from start to finish.

Bathrooms: Since we are supply-only for bathroom projects, we do not perform installations ourselves.

However, we can arrange for a trusted local tradesperson to handle the installation, including removal old fixtures if needed. We’ll ensure the process is managed efficiently from start to finish.

Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon agreement of the design. At this stage, all designs will be released, and we will schedule an installation date.

Kitchen Projects:
A 40% interim payment is due 10 days before the commencement of installation.

The remaining 10% balance is due upon practical completion. In the rare circumstance that you are unhappy with any aspects, we require a further 5% payment at this stage, with the final balance due once the project is signed off.

Bathroom Projects:
The remaining 50% balance is due before the delivery of goods.
