Our design process starts and ends with you. We strive for perfection in every project we undertake, and do not consider the project completed until you are 100% satisfied with the end result. When we are instructed by a client, we undertake a promise to provide excellent quality, craftsmanship and service to deliver perfection – ensuring that we are the number one choice for luxury kitchens and bathrooms across East Anglia.

Stage 1

Client Brief

The client brief discussion starts with the initial appointment at our showroom or in your own home. However, some of our clients know exactly what they want and send in measurements and photos. We will happily work with both.

Stage 2

Visit and Measure

We normally conduct a site visit. This allows the designer to get a sense of the space in order to create a design that is not only beautiful, but also meets the needs of you and your family.

Stage 3

Initial Designs Visuals

The first concept designs are already quite detailed. Our design pack includes a plan, visuals, mood board/product board and itemised quotation based on the client brief. At this point we can discuss any possible changes.

Stage 4

Client Consultation | Final Design

We always liaise with our clients, making necessary changes until they are l00% satisfied with the design. We then create a final design pack for review and sign off ready for production. You will then receive your beautiful final design pack for review and sign off. 

Stage 5


If you have chosen to utilise our kitchen installation service we will carry out a second survey with our installation team to ensure that everything will run as smoothly as possible. We only use the best fitters to ensure excellent quality and service for your luxury kitchen installation.

Stage 6


We do not consider a project complete until you are l00% happy. We promise to make perfection possible and will only consider our work completed when you tell us that you are satisfied.
